By accessing or using Tuitly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Tuitly is a directory service that connects parents/students with tutors. We are not a party to any arrangement between tutors and students. We do not employ tutors, nor are we responsible for the quality of tutoring services provided.

3. Tutor Responsibilities

• Tutors must provide accurate information in their profiles.
• Tutors must not upload false qualifications or misrepresent their experience.
• Tutors are responsible for their own tax obligations on earnings.
• Tutors must maintain professional conduct with students and parents.

4. Parent / Student Responsibilities

• Parents must not share tutor contact details outside of their intended use.
• Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on real experience.
• Parents must not harass or abuse tutors through our platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Tuitly to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than tutoring services
• Spam or send unsolicited communications to other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Tuitly — including text, design, logos, and code — is the property of Tuitly and may not be reproduced without written permission. Tutor-uploaded content (photos, descriptions) remains the intellectual property of the respective tutor.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tuitly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of tutor profiles, the quality of tutoring services, or continuous availability of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tuitly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between tutors and parents/students.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, post false information, or engage in behaviour harmful to other users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
